The instructor's own work includes multi-file Codex skills, custom GPTs for structured technical analysis, and complex n8n automation—including a workflow with more than 200 nodes.
Those examples give the course technical depth, but the cohort does not require Docker, Node, Python, VS Code, API keys, GitHub, Claude Code, Codex CLI, or local n8n installation. Advanced tools are demonstrated when they help you understand what is possible.
The course is designed so a business owner and a software engineer can both leave with something useful.

A free ChatGPT account is enough to start. Paid accounts can unlock additional capabilities but are not required for the core course.

PRIVACY NOTE
Do not bring confidential employer material unless you are authorized to use it.
Exercises can use sanitized, synthetic, public, or personally owned material. The course explicitly teaches safer AI habits and does not require participants to upload sensitive business information to public AI services.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The Productivity Lab is designed for working professionals and business owners. Coding and developer tools are demonstrated so you understand what is possible, but no programming experience is required.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a laptop and charger, access to your email for sign-ins or multi-factor authentication, a free or paid account with at least one major AI assistant, and one real recurring task or process you would like to improve.
Which AI tools will we use?
The course is vendor-independent. Examples include ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, custom assistants, AI skills, coding agents, and workflow automation tools such as n8n. The goal is choosing the right level of tooling for the work.
Is this a beginner class?
It is accessible to nontechnical professionals, but it is more applied than an AI 101 class. We move quickly from prompting into documents, repeatable workflows, structured context, verification, automation concepts, and secure use.
Will I build a 200-node automation?
No. Advanced systems are shown to illustrate where AI can go. The cohort is about building useful judgment and at least one repeatable workflow—not overwhelming people with infrastructure.
When does the first cohort begin?
October 2026 is the target, on weekday evenings in the Central New Mexico. Exact dates, venue, and enrollment deadline are not yet confirmed. Asking about the cohort does not reserve a paid seat.
Is there a minimum enrollment?
Yes. At least 10 paid registrations are required, with a maximum of 15 participants. If the minimum is not met by the confirmed enrollment deadline, participants may transfer to the next cohort or receive a full refund.
Can my company send several employees?
Yes. For a larger group, a private team workshop may be more valuable because examples and exercises can be centered on your organization's own roles and workflows.
