10XLever brings together an experienced educator and a senior cybersecurity and risk practitioner with a background in state-level financial examinations, regulated technology, digital assets, and global fund administration.
Before moving into fintech and security, the founder spent nearly a decade as a certified high-school teacher in the United States and abroad. He taught students and adults with very different levels of technical experience, led professional-development workshops, built curriculum, coached colleagues, and spent years translating complicated ideas into something another person could actually use.
His work has been reviewed by financial regulators in the United States, Singapore, Europe, and the UAE. That experience brings an evidence-first approach to AI: clear documentation, defensible decisions, and practical controls. Regulatory review is not an endorsement of 10XLever.

AI IN THE TRENCHES

The founder uses AI intensively in demanding analytical and technical work. His experience includes building custom GPTs for structured due diligence and technical risk analysis, multi-file Codex skills that coordinate detailed written instructions and reference material, and complex n8n automations.
One workflow grew beyond 200 nodes and was designed to automate a multi-stage first pass through an extensive due-diligence questionnaire—a useful example of the difference between asking a chatbot a question and engineering an actual process.
10XLever does not teach that every business needs an agent, custom application, or giant automation. The value is knowing when simple is enough, when a reusable system is better, and when risk makes automation the wrong answer.
TEACHING IS A REAL DIFFERENTIATOR

International classroom experience
The founder taught for years in the United States, South Korea, Bahrain, and China, including International Baccalaureate Theory of Knowledge and technical/computer courses.
Technical instruction
The founder taught software including Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, web technologies, CAD/architecture applications, and led staff training on technology and curriculum systems.
CNM history
Before his full-time teaching career, the founder spent more than three years as a Mathematics Instructional Technician at Central New Mexico Community College, helping students across math, statistics, engineering, and computer science.
