Idea → specification

Define the customer, constraint, smallest useful feature, acceptance tests, and what the product should not do.

Specification → prototype

Use Claude Code or Codex to build iteratively. Read changes, test behavior, track versions, and understand the code you ship.

Prototype → launch-ready

Work through domain and deployment setup, payment test mode, privacy, analytics choices, secrets, accessibility, and recovery.

Launch → customer learning

Run a bounded launch experiment, gather feedback, measure demand, and decide whether to improve, pivot, or stop.

Learning to build includes learning to check.

Generated code is not automatically secure, correct, accessible, or ready for production. The proposed curriculum includes source control, secret handling, permission boundaries, tests, dependency review, rollback, and human approval before publishing or charging customers.

Tool subscriptions and hosting costs would be disclosed separately before enrollment. No income, launch-speed, or business-success guarantees.
