FREE 5-MINUTE DIAGNOSTIC

Where is your first AI lever?

Start with one process that consumes too much time. Score its volume, repeatability, judgment, and data sensitivity before you buy tools or automate anything.

Use a generic description. Do not include client names, PII, health records, account details, passwords, or confidential employer information.

Typed notes stay in this page’s memory and are not submitted or saved by this tool. Suggestions use category and keyword rules—not an AI model. Refreshing clears your inputs.

How the score works

Hours contribute up to 35 points, similarity 25, frequency 20, and lower judgment needs 20. Sensitivity subtracts up to 20. High sensitivity, high judgment, regulated topics, or specialist-clearance flags cap the score at 54. Zero hours gives zero. Keyword screening can miss context; it is not a safety certification.

WHAT THIS IS FOR

Clarity before software.

Most AI mistakes begin with a tool looking for a problem. 10XLever works the other direction: find expensive or repetitive work, map what actually happens, then decide whether the right lever is a better prompt, a reusable assistant, a workflow, an agent, conventional automation — or no AI at all.

For regulated, financial, legal, security-sensitive, or high-consequence work, the score should be treated as a starting point for human review rather than permission to automate.
